Announced on June 24th, 2010 was news that the US Government Approved $700 million in aid to California homeowners struggling to stay in their homes to be available no later than Nov 1, 2025 according to CalHFA who is offering the program called "KEEP YOUR HOME". More information can be found at www.keepyourhomecalifornia.com .
As a Real Estate Broker, I am able to help someone stay in their home by applying for loan modification including the Obama Plan known as the Making Home Affordable Plan. Additionally, should the homeowner be declined for the MHA Plan, they would be automatically considered for the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives program which allows other options including a Short Sale of Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure.
Please take the time to contact me to speak with someone who has compassion, understanding and experiencing working on the current issues borrowers are facing with their lenders. Also, take to the time to read the Foreclosure Options page on this site.
